Dans le cadre de leur projet de promotion de l\u2019adoption des normes de l\u2019UE en mati\u00e8re de TIC au sein de l\u2019ASEAN, l\u2019initiative r\u00e9unit des r\u00e9gulateurs et des d\u00e9cideurs politiques de haut niveau des \u00e9conomies de l\u2019ASEAN-6 ainsi que des repr\u00e9sentants institutionnels de l\u2019UE afin de renforcer la capacit\u00e9 des gouvernements et des r\u00e9gulateurs de l\u2019ASEAN \u00e0 adopter les principales normes europ\u00e9ennes en mati\u00e8re de TIC et d\u2019IA.<\/p><p>Le premier atelier du projet, qui s\u2019est tenu en mai \u00e0 l\u2019universit\u00e9 de technologie et de conception de Singapour, a permis de constater que les principes de l\u2019ASEAN et de l\u2019UE en mati\u00e8re de gouvernance de l\u2019IA sont globalement align\u00e9s, mais que la mise en pratique de cet alignement reste un d\u00e9fi majeur en mati\u00e8re de capacit\u00e9s institutionnelles et humaines. L\u2019atelier 2 aborde directement cette question, en associant la perspective des normes europ\u00e9ennes \u00e0 un cas concret de mise en \u0153uvre au niveau national.<\/p><p>Liste des orateurs:<\/p><ul>\n<li>Mme Wanda Sabeel, associ\u00e9e aux travaux du CEN-CENELEC TC428 et pr\u00e9sidente du CWA sur les r\u00f4les de l\u2019IA, pr\u00e9sentera la norme du cadre de comp\u00e9tences qui sous-tend la pr\u00e9paration de la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre dans le domaine de l\u2019IA en Europe.<\/li>\n<li>Celine Dee, secr\u00e9taire adjointe du bureau des initiatives strat\u00e9giques et de l\u2019industrie et des comp\u00e9tences de la DICT Philippines, fera part de la mani\u00e8re dont les Philippines traduisent cette r\u00e9flexion en politiques et pratiques nationales en mati\u00e8re de main-d\u2019\u0153uvre.<\/li>\n<\/ul><p>La session comprendra un sondage en direct et une discussion ouverte entre les intervenants et les participants, les
