Cet amendement a \u00e9tabli un cadre europ\u00e9en ambitieux relatif \u00e0 une identit\u00e9 num\u00e9rique, y compris les portefeuilles europ\u00e9ens d\u2019identit\u00e9 num\u00e9rique (EUDIW), qui fournit un moyen d\u2019identification dans toute l\u2019Europe. Il en r\u00e9sultera une transformation majeure de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l\u2019infrastructure num\u00e9rique europ\u00e9enne, qui facilitera les transactions transfronti\u00e8res et favorisera un acc\u00e8s fluide aux services financiers, gouvernementaux et commerciaux dans toute l\u2019Europe, avec un niveau \u00e9lev\u00e9 de responsabilit\u00e9.<\/p><p>L\u2019EUDIW est actuellement mis en \u0153uvre et test\u00e9 par les pays de l\u2019UE pr\u00eats \u00e0 \u00eatre mis en service d\u2019ici la fin de 2026. En outre, l\u2019utilisation de l\u2019EUDIW est d\u00e9j\u00e0 test\u00e9e pour une s\u00e9rie d\u2019applications pilotes \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle destin\u00e9es aux entreprises de services gouvernementaux, au secteur bancaire, \u00e0 l\u2019immatriculation des v\u00e9hicules et aux voyages.<\/p><p>Le CEN et l\u2019ETSI ont collabor\u00e9 avec la CE en 2025 pour fournir un premier ensemble de normes et de sp\u00e9cifications pour la mise en \u0153uvre de l\u2019EUDIW. Ces normes sont \u00e0 pr\u00e9sent affin\u00e9es et \u00e9tendues afin de garantir un niveau \u00e9lev\u00e9 de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, avec une interop\u00e9rabilit\u00e9 entre toutes les mises en \u0153uvre nationales de l\u2019EUDIW et leur utilisation par l\u2019infrastructure num\u00e9rique de l\u2019UE. L\u2019atelier pr\u00e9sentera l\u2019ensemble des normes existantes pour l\u2019EUDIW et les travaux en cours pour affiner et \u00e9tendre ces normes.<\/p><p><strong>Qui devrait y adh\u00e9rer?<br>\n<\/strong>L\u2019atelier pr\u00e9sentera un int\u00e9r\u00eat direct pour toutes les parties concern\u00e9es par la mise en place d\u2019une infrastructure num\u00e9rique s\u00e9curis\u00e9e dans toute l\u2019Europe, y compris les r\u00e9gulateurs, les fournisseurs de solutions d\u2019identit\u00e9 mobile, les fabricants d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ments s\u00e9curis\u00e9s\/de dispositifs intelligents, les prestataires de services de confiance, les fournisseurs d\u2019applications et de solutions s\u00e9curis\u00e9es.<\/p><p><strong>Pourquoi y participer?<\/strong><br>\nLes normes du CEN et de l\u2019ETSI qui sous-tendent le portefeuille europ\u00e9en d\u2019identit\u00e9 num\u00e9rique (EUDIW) auront une incidence majeure sur le march\u00e9 europ\u00e9en, dont les fournisseurs de solutions doivent \u00eatre conscients pour suivre l\u2019\u00e9volution de l\u2019environnement.
