L\u2019ETSI r\u00e9unit les parties int\u00e9ress\u00e9es afin d\u2019\u00e9laborer et de promouvoir des normes pour les syst\u00e8mes et services des technologies de l\u2019information et de la communication (TIC) utilis\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle mondiale. Il offre un environnement ouvert et inclusif qui favorise l\u2019\u00e9laboration, la ratification et l\u2019exp\u00e9rimentation en temps utile de normes applicables \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle mondiale. Ces normes profitent \u00e0 tous les secteurs de l\u2019industrie et de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9, garantissant un monde durable et connect\u00e9 en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Notre organisation est une entit\u00e9 \u00e0 but non lucratif comprenant plus de 900 organisations membres issues de plus de 60 pays et de cinq continents. In the InDiCo-Global project, ETSI plays several key roles that are crucial to its success. We manage and coordinate the entire project, ensuring the timely completion of each task. This includes chairing the Steering Committee and Stakeholders Group, coordinating with the European Commission, and liaising with all project stakeholders.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

As part of the inception phase, we set the project on the right track by creating the Stakeholders Group, inviting relevant EU stakeholders, and establishing key contacts with EU representation in the targeted geographies. We also coordinate a state-of-play analysis to create and consolidate strategic objectives, with a view to prepare the initial consolidated version of the project\u2019s work plan.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Au cours de la phase finale des \u00e9tudes et de l\u2019engagement, nous mettons \u00e0 jour la port\u00e9e des \u00e9tudes InDiCo, examinons les analyses des lacunes en mati\u00e8re de normalisation num\u00e9rique dans les pays cibles et \u00e9valuons la politique, la r\u00e9glementation et la connaissance du syst\u00e8me europ\u00e9en de normalisation. \u00c0 l\u2019ETSI, nous pr\u00e9voyons que le projet InDiCo-Global sera un catalyseur de l\u2019innovation et de la normalisation num\u00e9riques dans le monde entier. En cr\u00e9ant des possibilit\u00e9s pour l\u2019Union europ\u00e9enne et ses partenaires dans des r\u00e9gions cl\u00e9s telles que l\u2019Afrique, la Chine, l\u2019Inde et l\u2019Asie du Sud-Est de sensibiliser mutuellement au syst\u00e8me europ\u00e9en de normalisation (SEN), aux normes europ\u00e9ennes et \u00e0 leurs homologues dans les r\u00e9gions partenaires, InDiCo-Global vise \u00e0 jeter les bases de collaborations internationales solides. Ces efforts permettront non seulement de relever les normes mondiales en mati\u00e8re de TIC, mais aussi de favoriser l\u2019interop\u00e9rabilit\u00e9, la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et l\u2019innovation dans diff\u00e9rents secteurs.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Through targeted initiatives like capacity building, technical exchanges, and open calls, we anticipate advancements in ICT standardisation, driving global digital transformation. This project will help develop common approaches to Digital and use of common standards in support of these approaches. Un d\u00e9fi majeur consiste \u00e0 stimuler les \u00e9changes permettant de trouver des positions communes sur des questions politiques et r\u00e9glementaires li\u00e9es au num\u00e9rique. Il s\u2019agit de la base n\u00e9cessaire pour des normes applicables dans diff\u00e9rentes r\u00e9gions, qui peuvent acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer les progr\u00e8s et favoriser l\u2019interop\u00e9rabilit\u00e9. Un autre d\u00e9fi peut \u00eatre la diversit\u00e9 des niveaux de maturit\u00e9 technologique et de disponibilit\u00e9 des ressources, qui peut entraver les efforts de collaboration et le d\u00e9ploiement des technologies.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>
