Promueve la gesti\u00f3n proactiva de riesgos y la rendici\u00f3n de cuentas, lo que permite a las empresas y a los usuarios colaborar en la construcci\u00f3n de un futuro digital m\u00e1s seguro. Para apoyar la aplicaci\u00f3n de las agencias de calificaci\u00f3n crediticia, la Comisi\u00f3n Europea ha enviado una petici\u00f3n de normalizaci\u00f3n a las organizaciones europeas de normalizaci\u00f3n, centr\u00e1ndose tanto en las normas horizontales para un marco gen\u00e9rico como en las normas verticales para riesgos espec\u00edficos de los productos. Este taller pondr\u00e1 de relieve el trabajo sobre las normas horizontales necesarias para el cumplimiento de las ACC.<\/p><p>El taller ofrecer\u00e1 una visi\u00f3n general de la Ley de Ciberresiliencia, destacando el papel clave de la normalizaci\u00f3n y el camino a seguir. El taller proporcionar\u00e1 una comprensi\u00f3n exhaustiva de c\u00f3mo las normas pueden mitigar eficazmente los riesgos, mejorar la posici\u00f3n en materia de ciberseguridad y garantizar que los productos y servicios se ajusten a las expectativas jur\u00eddicas establecidas en la Ley.<\/p><p>El taller brinda a los participantes la oportunidad de entablar debates sobre dos conjuntos cr\u00edticos de normas que se encuentran actualmente en fase de desarrollo:<\/p><p>Principios para la ciberresiliencia: Dise\u00f1ar, desarrollar y producir productos con elementos digitales de manera que garanticen un nivel adecuado de ciberseguridad basado en los riesgos.
