Indico Global Webinar Series

Register here.

In an increasingly data-driven world, aligning with international norms on data protection and responsible AI is key to global competitiveness and digital sovereignty.

In this second session of the InDiCo-Global webinar series, we welcome Nicole Angel Sanchez Rojas, who will present her work on fostering regulatory readiness and ethical AI adoption in Bolivia — a country currently ranked 117 out of 130 on the Global Responsible AI Index and with no overarching data protection legislation in place.

Her initiative supports the uptake of global best practices, inspired by the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the AI Act, to help shape local governance mechanisms, promote digital rights, and build capacity among Bolivian stakeholders.
